Hello, Iām Owen Smith. A geospatial researcher, software developer, and remote sensing scientist in Raleigh, NC.
Owen Smith is currently a PhD student in the Center for Geospatial Analytics at North Carolina State University. As a member of the Spatial Ecosystem Analytics Lab (SEAL) (partly pictured above), he works to solve complex problems while building performative and scalable remote sensing processing pipelines which allow us to better answer our questions about the world. He was previously a member of the Geospatial Engineering & Next Intelligence lab at the University of North Georgia.
